Use of the 99ar Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements:

- Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
- Not Self-Excluded: You must not currently be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through 99ar's tools or mandated by any regulatory authority — at the time of registration or login.
- Not a Restricted Person: You must not be a director, officer, employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of any such person working for 99ar or any affiliated company.
🔞 Age Verification: 99ar conducts mandatory age verification at registration. We reserve the right to request government-issued photographic identification (CNIC, passport, or driver's license) and proof of address at any time. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended, and any balances held pending investigation will be frozen until verification is resolved. Accounts confirmed to belong to individuals under 21 will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.
3 Account Registration & Responsibility
To access the full features of the 99ar Platform, you must register a Member account. By registering, you agree to the following:
- One Account Only: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 99ar. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited. 99ar employs automated and manual detection systems to identify multiple accounts associated with the same individual, device, IP address, payment method, or household.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, residential address, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes issued to your registered mobile number. 99ar will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.
- Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify 99ar support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your registered mobile number or email address has been compromised.
- Non-Transferability: Your 99ar account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make your account available to any third party. Bets and wagers must be placed by you personally for your own account.
99ar reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.
4 Deposits & Payment Methods
99ar accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Digital, Allied Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. 99ar does not currently accept deposits via credit card or any other method not listed in your account's Cashier section.
- Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the Cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method. These amounts are subject to change with reasonable notice.
- Deposit Ownership: All deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. 99ar does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be returned, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.
- Processing Times: The vast majority of PKR deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your 99ar balance instantly or within a few minutes. Delays caused by third-party payment processors are outside 99ar's direct control.
- Currency: The functional currency of the 99ar Platform for Pakistani Members is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All balances, deposit amounts, and withdrawal amounts are displayed and processed in PKR unless otherwise stated.
- Deposit Limits: You may set voluntary deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of your account. Once set, deposit limits can be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.

5 Withdrawals
Registered 99ar Members may request withdrawals of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
- Verification Requirement: Before processing a withdrawal, 99ar may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a copy of your CNIC, a selfie, and proof of your registered payment method. This is a one-time process for most Members, though 99ar may request updated documentation periodically or for large withdrawals.
- Withdrawal to Own Account: Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details held on your 99ar account. Withdrawal to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Processing Time: 99ar targets a one-hour processing window for PKR withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa once verification is complete. Processing times for bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Allied Bank) may be longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedules. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are typically processed within two hours subject to network conditions.
- Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the Cashier section and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
- Bonus Balance: Bonus funds and free bet credits are not withdrawable. Only winnings derived from bonus funds — after completion of applicable wagering requirements — may be withdrawn, subject to any maximum withdrawal limits stated in the specific bonus terms.
- Right to Withhold: 99ar reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending the resolution of any outstanding investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, technical error, or breach of these Terms.
6 Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets
99ar offers various bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to eligible Members. The following general terms apply to all 99ar promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "playthrough" or "rollover" requirements) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the specific bonus terms at the time the offer is made.
- Eligible Games: Wagering requirements must typically be met through eligible games as specified per promotion. Certain games (including many live dealer games and some table games) may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all toward wagering requirements.

- No Cash Alternative: Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another Member, or carried forward beyond their stated expiry date.

7 Gameplay, Betting & Fair Play

8 Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99ar Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and pending withdrawals, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:
- Creating or operating more than one 99ar account, whether directly or through a third party
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, verification, or ongoing use of the Platform
- Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible under these Terms

🚫 Zero Tolerance: 99ar operates a zero-tolerance policy toward cheating, fraud, and abuse of any kind. The Company reserves the right to take all measures it deems appropriate, including legal action, to protect the integrity of the Platform and its Members.
9 Responsible Gaming
99ar is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Members. We provide the following tools and resources to help Members stay in control of their gaming activity:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your 99ar account.
- Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum net loss you are willing to incur over a defined period.

- 99ar's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim
- 99ar does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, though we take reasonable technical measures to ensure availability and security
Nothing in these Terms limits 99ar's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13 Account Termination & Closure
Termination by You: You may close your 99ar account at any time by contacting 99ar support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any applicable bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of verification requirements.
Termination by 99ar: 99ar reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice in the event of:
- Any breach of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity
- Provision of false or misleading registration information
- Creation of multiple accounts
- Abusive behaviour toward 99ar staff or other Members
- Any other conduct that 99ar reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, its Members, or its reputation
Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, 99ar reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where closure is for other reasons, outstanding verified real-money balances will be returned to the Member.
14 Dispute Resolution
99ar aims to resolve all Member complaints fairly, promptly, and transparently. If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your account, a game outcome, a bonus, or any other Platform matter, please follow the process below:
